How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day for general inquiries — usually faster. Discovery calls booked through the booking page receive a same-day confirmation.
What information should I include in the form?
A short description of your situation, the size of your team, the regulations applying to you (if known), and what triggered you to get in touch. We don't need a detailed brief — the discovery call is where we work that out.
Do you sign NDAs before a discovery call?
On request. We never need confidential or sensitive information to scope an engagement, and the discovery call itself is informal. If you have specifics that would benefit from a mutual NDA, mention it and we will send one.
Can you operate in French / English / both?
Both — natively. We deliver bilingually across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the broader EU. You choose the language for the engagement; we adapt.
