FAQ

Common questions before you book.

What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. A rough sense of what triggered you to look — a regulator letter, a customer security questionnaire, an incident, a board ask, an upcoming audit. We'll work the rest out together on the call.
Who will I be talking to?
A senior practitioner — someone who would actually deliver an engagement, not a sales person. Our practitioners hold CISSP, PECB ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and EU GDPR Data Protection Officer certifications.
What happens after the call?
If a Cyber-Management engagement is the right fit, we send a written proposal with fixed pricing within a few business days. If something else makes more sense (a different vendor, a different approach, no engagement at all), we say so on the call.
Can I bring colleagues onto the call?
Yes — and it often helps. The CTO, the legal lead, the operations lead, your existing IT provider. Multi-stakeholder calls run smoother when everyone hears the same information at the same time.
What if I just have a question and not a project?
Use the contact form for one-off questions. The discovery call is best when there is a real situation to discuss — even if you are not sure yet whether you need help.
